a.
Identify
Problems: You cannot solve the problems that are unknown to you. Problems that
are in the dark to others cannot be solved by them, until such problems are
light up before people will see, then, think of solving them.
b.
Solve
Them: It is one thing to identify problems; it is another thing entirely to be
willing to such problems. Some might be priveledge to see problems but will
choose the position of complaining and murmuring about them or pushing blames
to government officials, wealthy and well positioned people, their boss in the
office, clergies and many more people to be blamed, exonerating himself.
1.
Personal
Gift, Talent, Skills: When it comes to solving problems, always look inward
first. There is something in you that can be of help to a generation, you only
need to unleah the hidden talent, skill and gift.
2.
Learning:
Another way to solve problems is to go and learn the solution to the problems.
It might require you to move out of your community to learn the solution to the
impending problems in that community.
3.
Partnering:
You can as well partner with those who have the solution already. Don’t be dull
to say you don’t have solution to a problem, network with others who have
access to the solution of territorial problem.
4.
Research:
Don’t be too lazy to go far and near to research solution. Engage both technology
and personal means of getting access to solution.
c.
Connect
Solution To Victims: Identifying, solving the problem isn’t the ultimate,
rather it is the connection of the solution to the victim that makes a whole
lot of sense.
Solution that isn’t available at the disposal of those who needed it is
not meaningful. Therefore, connect the solution with the target market.
