March 2: Business Idea 2: Problem Solving (Part One)

Your cry of nothing to do will continue, until you can wipe your tears away, open your eyes to see and not look like others. If you are curious about getting a business idea, then, you must be observant to see what people’s problem are because multi-million dollar opportunity lies low in the problems of humanity. 

You can only make money from other people’s problem that you can identify and solve. Therefore, be a people problem seeker and be dedicated to solving it. 

It doesn’t matter how the devil is strong in your life, if you can be patient enough to see how to solve hanging problems within your community, you will surely attract the fortune that has been hanging around your community. 

I was speaking in a summit; I told them that you must understand that there are times you need to be out for you to see outstanding problems that visible and invisible. There are problems you can only see early in the morning between 4:30am to 7am, there are some that you can see within 7am and 12noon till lat in the night in such proportion, your reluctant attitude wouldn’t allow you to see the problems and solve them. 

In this article, I am talking about specified problem because there are two major forms of problems that humanity is faced with: 

GENERAL PROBLEMS

The human basic needs (Feeding, Clothing, Shelter) etc are categorized under this general problem because they are problems that are common among every living person. Only those who can position themselves to solve these problems can become beneficiary of what they will deliver. 

SPECIFIED PROBLEMS

These problems vary within a nation to another, continent to continent, state to state, local government to local government, road to road, villages to villages, community to community. It will take a leader who can see problems to see the specified problems as related to each area. 

This is our focus in this article, because it varies from one area to another. Stop murmuring of nothing to do, run from complaining of nothing to engage in, open your eyes to see and work on solving the problems, not just seeing the problems and just discuss about it, instead of taking action about it. 

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIED PROBLEMS

a.       Lagos has a problem of farm products because it has no land for farming, therefore, some northern indigenes took it upon themselves to move their farm products from northern states in Nigeria to sell. Lagos doesn’t have the farm products but has the population and the money but in these northern states, they have the population and farm products but the cash isn’t available because all of them are farmers, they have the farm produce that there won’t be reason for anyone of them to patronize themselves with cash.  

b.      Why are jeeps common in Africa nations? It is common because there is a related problem of road network, road unconstructed in Africa, therefore, car producer didn’t hesitate to produce car that is fit for such Africa roads. 

c.       In some areas, you will see the mass migration of a tribe, nation, who have come to settle, thereby, they cannot but be far from their tribal food or delicacy. You will not need to go for deliverance, if you know how to cook or learn how to cook their tribal delicacy to the best because this people will keep patronizing you, until people who didn’t hail from their tribe will be moved to eat this delicacy.

d.      In some African country, where light (power) is a stranger to indigenes, or they would have to fast and pray for them to have light once in a while, you realize how generating set producer came to establish themselves and aren’t ready to go or willing that such countries solve their light (power) problem because they have made fortune out of their problem. They are willing to pay any tax, royalty, due accrued unto them, all because they are making money through the problem they are solving tentatively in such countries.
