THERE’S SOMETHING UNIQUE ABOUT YOU
No matter where you work and earning millions of dollar, there are a
few people within the organization that only like the job because of the money
while some people don’t like it for anything all because you are unique.
I have heard people that left (resigned) Oando Plc for a job where they
need to start from the scratch, anyway, you don’t need to do that if you are
yet to learn the intrinsic about starting from scratch because it’s not
everyone that can do that.
Your hunger is different from your boss’ hunger. Your taste is
different from his, your delight is different from his, your aspiration is
different is different from his. You passion is different from his and the more
reason why you need to make yourself delight after leaving the job.
I know of a young man who was given the opportunity to start an oil and
gas business worth billions yet he prefers entertainment and takwando to the
ALMIGHTY oil and gas. His mood changes when he gets the offer for entertainment
and twakwado to an extent that he is vulnerable than when he is in his seat as
M.D of oil and gas business.
THERE’S SOMETHING YOU ARE HERE TO SOLVE
What your boss is here to solve is different from what you are here to
solve. I am under my father in the Lord who focuses on solving problem more
with prayers and prayer is his focus and under my Pastor who focuses in solving
marital issues with prayers but I am focused at solving business, life and
career issues with teaching of the word with undying passion. Yeah, when I am
in the office, we solve it corporately with prayers but when I am alone, I
solve it with what I am sent to solve it with.
Pastor Femi Emmanuel was once a member of House Assembly in Oyo State
in Nigeria few decades ago but now he is the presiding Pastor of Livingspring
Chapel. Despite of the opportunity he had, he will just be able to ascertain
that he is not meant to solve only politics with being a politician only. Some
are called to solve agriculture problem, some are called to solve cleaning
problem, some are called to solve medical problem, some are called to solve delicacies
problem, some people are called to solve scientifically problem, some are sent
to solve interment problem, some are called to solve banking and monetary
problem, some are called to solve ministry problem, some are called to solve furniture
problem, therefore, if you find yourself in an environment that doesn’t fit
you, then, you don’t need to res t on your oars.
THERE’S SOMETHING YOU ARE HERE TO SEE
Dr. Myles Munroe said focus is total blindness because you will not be
able to see distractions. You boss have been able to see what he wants to see,
it is certain that he cannot see everything of life.
There things you are meant to see that you don’t need to close your
eyes from because what made your boss see his, then, you need to see yours. At
the journey to spy the land, some people saw giants while some people saw
grasshoppers.
What I am doing presently doesn’t make any sense to many people all
because they are not meant to see what I am seeing. I do tell people that there
is no business and industry that have not produce giants and it is all hooked
to the fact that those people saw it. We once lived in a house that was built
by a woman who didn’t work in oil and gas but was opportune to have canteen
selling food and she built two houses.
If only you can open your eyes and not close to what you do at work on
a daily basis, it is certain that you’ll see. Be sure that some other people
might not see it because they will be blind to it except if they are meant to
see it.
THERE’S SOMETHING YOU ARE HERE TO CREATE
God have deposited the grace to create into everyone of us. Your boss
have succeeded in creating what he was here to create forgetting that you are
also here to create something.
You might not necessarily create product but you can create service,
just know that you have been called to create something. If I give you the subsidiary

years of commencement and it was created before inception which we have been
running with and it has tremendously blessed lives within and across our

THERE’S SOMETHING YOU ARE HERE TO STOP
Let no one despise you which is the passionate ministry of some many
employers which they perform indirectly. You are here to stop antecedent. Brave
up and don’t be carried away with your fat salary or be threatened with your
pay that cannot take you home.
Always remember they also started small. They only learnt how to
showcase their gift and hid their fear unlike you who hide your talent and
expose your fear. You are also here to stop the wrongs and the abnormality
people are facing.
BORDERING CHALLENGES TO START WHEN YOU ARE IN A JOB
What? If only you can speak with your creator in a well understandable
way and manner, He will reveal through many medium which you can get details in
my book (Uncommon sense guide to making money). I took my time to spell out in
details legitimate ways of making money. So certain in God that you cannot end
it without a light to appear unto you.
Let nobody give an excuse that there is nothing for me to do. There are
many things that have not circulated or not even done. Above stated tips can
help you get something to lay your hands on. Whatsoever your hands find in
doing, common, do it with all your power.
For whom? This can
only be solved when the products or services has been certified. Having solve
that, it is easier for
you then to know the category of people you are sent to solve their problem.
You need then to focus
on them judiciously and religiously. Get your target age bracket, know the figure in this target and finally go after them with everything possible that
they cannot resist.
When? There is no better time to start doing what you are created for
than now. Yes, if you need to start now, it will require great discipline which
is key because you will need to do it off your official work hours.
Learn to work at night when you are back from office, learn to work
early hours before your resumption time which is what other people make us e of
to sleep all their destiny away and attends to frivolous things. Maximize your
weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to do the paper work and carry out the drawn
plan on paper. Engage public holidays and your annual leave appropriately to
suit what you are kicking off.
I learnt this long time ago and that is why I can do a lot during the
night and just take a nab before the day break to resume at my official work.
Where? There are wonderful places to commence whatever you have in mind
to start in life. You can just simply get a bag to start with, your market then
is in your bag. You can move from there to a tokunbo car as your office or
decide to do like a young man by making use of the bus as your sales outlet.
You can start from your sitting room with the consent of your landlord,
you can also pair an office with someone for the cost to be shared if not given,
you can make use of a particular junction of the road temporally. Wow! You can
leverage on the different website where you can buy and sell without stress and
pay (OLX, e-motion) etc.
