February 7, 2017 - Part 1 - NEVER WAIT UNTIL YOU RESIGN/SACKED/RETIRED/RETRENCHED/ADVISE TO RESIGN/DIE/DISEASED





This article is an article that is packaged to let people know that they don’t have to wait before they are out of their present job before they can start meaningful with their personal lives creating wealth for themselves and generation to come. 

I have seen lots of people who start working on their personal business empire when they were out of their present job through the means I have stated below. It is good but not better for you, it is good to start early so as to grow early all things being equal. One of the legend in the music in our country was 68 years in the month of September 2014 and it was acclaimed that he waxes his first album when he was 19 years and today he is still thriving well in the industry. O dell became the Director of Dell at age 19. 

Very much pretty to be in a job but you need to start preparing your own home so that you will not be sent home to a homeless home. Before I unveil how you need to go about it even while in your current job, kindly go through means of anybody’s exit out of job. 

Sack: Informal dismissal from employment. Yes, you don’t have to be a criminal before this can be effected to you, it can be done through implication by those who hate and envy you. It can be effected through gang up or because of your steadfastness. It can be done to you through your personal limitations, fraud or error. 

The employer just without notice require for your exit out of his job without prior notice due to any of the reasons that have been highlighted. 

Resignation: An act of voluntarily leaving a job. It’s a formal statement of leaving a job.

This can be done when you realize that the opposition is much, when you ascertain that the work is tantamount to slavery. It can be done because of a new job which is better than your current job. It connotes that you are leaving voluntarily either without a month notice which is in lieu of your one month salary or with a month notice. 

Retire: Leaving your job and stop working because you have reached a certain required age. If you are not sacked, if you refuse to resign, you will be willfully or forcefully ejected out of the system because of the statutory age required for you to quit the job no matter your delight for your job. 

Retrenchment: Reduce cost or spending in response to economic difficulty. This was the other of the day in 2008 in our country in the stock broking industry; it was a yelling season for as many people who waited until they retire before they start something worthwhile. 

It wasn’t a palatable experience for the banking staff during the acquisition and merger and the distressed banks experience. Retrenchment will be done as the boards agree, it doesn’t matter how effective you are in your job. The low paid staff might be determined to be retained who will be upgraded through trainings.

Advice to Resign: I have experienced this twice in the labour market. It can be tantamount to retrenchment. The Directors have decided not sack because of your working career but because of the economic situation, they had to bring the unlearned to be trained so as to fill up our post, therefore, we were advised to withdraw. 

Illness/Disease: This is a situation beyond an individual. You will need to part with your job no matter how the management appreciates you, they will not keep you forevermore when they realize that you are effected with incurable illness/disease or a transferable illness. 

 Death: Wow! Scary but it is a most for everyone to die but it is not stated. It is certain that a few people will die during the years they serve as employee in the job. You will willfully evict your job the day death comes knocking. 

Cessation Of Business: This is basically for private owners, as a matter of fact many of them are never considerate that they will just wake up on the other side of the bed and decide to shut a company that you know a few number of people are earning from without prior notice and monetary reward. 

The Yoruba people will say “If you fail to leave the job, the job will leave you one day”. You cannot do beyond the cessation of a business or company. 

Death of the Managing Director:  When the Managing Director of your company dies and he has failed to raise successor, his family aren’t interested to run the firm, it automatically kills the firm.

Above stated are the major means via which everyone will have to leave their current job. It must be appreciated that you have a job at your disposal where millions of people are out there still seeking one but you need to understand the principle starting when you are faithful. 

My close study to the world of business, career, ministry and profession has opened me up to the fact that we are never the same as our fingerprint is not. Underlisted are a few things I observed and that is the reason why you don’t have to wait until when your strength is no more before you can start doing something.
