Except if you are not trading valuables that your customers need, that is when they will not hearken to your call or text. Many Entrepreneurs, businesses and companies fail in customer service, many have forgotten that there are both silent and loud competitors around what they do, it is their challant attitudes that make them loose their existing customers. 

This time of the year is the appropriate time for you to salute your existing customers and remind them that you are still in the business of the product they know you with or a new/rebranded product. Engage in checking up on them weekly, daily as it suites you and your enterprise. 

Get you customers’ data and start working on them from the first to the last on the list. Send those pictures of the product available for them on whatsapp this end of the year.  Give reasons why they should patronize you this time of the year with salivating reasons that they wouldn’t resist either genuinely or ingenuinely.  

How To Intensify On Your Customers?

   Call: Make calls to hear their voice, let them feel on top of the world when speaking with them. Be patient enough to communicate with them so as to gain their heart that has been taken by another competitor.

2  Text: Send them text messages with your phone number to show personal relationship or bulk sms with a phone number they can reach. 

3Feedback/Complain: Open a feedback avenue to your customers so that they can reach you to tell you why they haven’t check on you for a while and ensure reasons are treated duly. 

4Whatsapp Group: Add Your existing customers on your whatsapp group, where you discuss about your product, welcoming them on board with loud ovation after you have concluded your apology talk privately.

5  Email: Send details of what you have in stock for them this December. Boost your sales maximizing your email to be on their neck. 

6 Visit: If possible, you can go ahead and reach you top customers in their offices. Check on them with a “Miss You” card. 

7 Letter: Draft and send a letter to them by mail to show how serious you have missed them and telling them you will appreciate to have them back this period where you have positioned yourself to satisfy them.

8 Advert: Make an e-copy and hardcopy advert to be dropped to their reach. 

    Announcement: Make announcement through any means that will be affordable, don’t shut your mouth where you are to speak. 

1Voice Message: You can engage in doing a voice message and send it to your whatsapp contact, which has your customers or prospective customers as contact list. 

1Customer Service Week: You can set aside a week in the year that will be focused towards your customers that is when you cannot make it to become a weekly or daily event. 

Your Customer, Your Asset, Your Sales

Every customer ignored is an asset castigated and deduction from your sales. Boost your end of the year sales by going back to your existing customers, who once believed and patronized your product. Let them know how precious they are to you and how hard you are working to satisfy them and the world at large.
In every customer is a fortune that cannot be quantify, you should find the path that links you to your customer. Value your customer, treat them as king, treat them as priority, and never let any of your customer go unsatisfied especially consistent ones.
