February 23, 2017: WHAT YOU GO AFTER DETERMINES WHAT COMES AFTER YOU (Part 1)

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life and you shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever, amen. 

It is a good confession to make on a daily basis, it is a good confession that shouldn’t be far away from your mouth as you move into a new month, it is a good confession that you should be known with as you embrace a new year but it has a solely condition which is in the 1^st verse of the 23^rd chapter of the popular book of Psalms. The simple but necessary condition is for the Lord to be your Shepherd. 

Hence the Lord is your Shepherd; you are far from evil because the Shepherd is always at the front of the sheep to ensure he attacks wolves and wolves in disguise. He approaches them with fierceness that cannot be quantified. Invariably, you are meant to be behind the Shepherd for sure safety that cannot be found elsewhere and this is the reason behind this teaching. 

What you follow will always determine what comes after you. The person you follow; determines who comes after you. Seeth any man that follow after the good Shepherd, he will eventually have goodness and mercy as his companion to follow him all the days of his life. 

The hidden problem of many people running up and down today is not because God hates them but because they run after what they shouldn’t run after, so, what is coming after them isn’t palatable to them. 

If you are tired of what is coming after you, then, change what you are going after and you will see how what is coming after you will change. What do you expect to follow someone going after a masquerade in the market? What do you expect to follow someone going after a councilor of a ward? What do you expect to follow someone that is following the President of a nation? What do you expect of someone following the security personnel of a residence? What do you expect from someone following the owner of the residence? What comes after you is a product of who you are going after. 

I came across God’s word that says nothing can be done against the truth than to work for the truth. Truth is ageless, truth is timeless says the Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Worldwide. Below are the truths you need to embrace no matter how acceptable or unacceptable they are, read through the following that you must follow after acidiously: 

God: An adage in Yoruba says “The river that forgets its source will run dry”. It is the fact about life. No river shuns her source and will be able to exist for too long any longer. I have seen a lot of professional today who started well but today they are grounded to the well level. 

The number one person you must go after acidiously is GOD. There is no replacement in the listing of who/what to go after. It is expedient the church and leaders should let people know that God isn’t a figure head, HIS works are visible in all over the world. Men should learn how to go back to their Creator sincerely and not with an instable mindset. 

Apostle Paul said I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.  He didn’t say through my mentor that strengthens me, he didn’t say through my wealthy parents who financed me, he didn’t say through my spouse that supported me, he didn’t say through my sugar daddy/mummy that helped me out. It is of a truth that I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. 

Going after God shouldn’t be a thing of the ages past, as a matter of fact only wise people go after God. Your gold will turn to naught without going after God with a panting heart.

February 22, 2017 - Read An Exclusive Onterview With Proprietor, His Gloryplus College on how he started with his earlier payment as a staff and how helped him to this point.

It was a live interview with Mr. Olajide Adebayo Bamidele, Proprietor of His Gloryplus College. He is delighted to be a blessing to everyone, willing to see men raised and he granted us 100% attention when we got to his office. 

BizXploit: It is a pleasure being here. Can we meet with you sir?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: My names are Olajide Adebayo Bamidele. The second born of my family, hails from Iwo in Osun State, 45 years of age and blessed with my lovely wife, Mrs. Bukola Olajide. The union is blessed with five gracious boys.

BizXploit: Your educational background as the Proprietor of His Gloryplus College?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: I had my NCE in Social Studies/Christian Religious Studies in St. Augustine College Of Education, Akoka. Then, furthered my education in the University of Lagos, Akoka, where I bagged my first and second degree respectively to  study Education Administration in First degree and Guidance and Counseling in Second degree.

BizXploit: Knowing His Glory Schools within this environment for a while, can you please let us know why you ventured into education industry?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: Venturing into running a school is divine leading. I was instructed by GOD to commence His Glory Schools and we started on the 5^th of January, 1995. After my NCE at St. Augustine College Of Education, I got employed into Brilliant Child College as a classroom teacher, after which I rose to the post of Assistant Headmaster.

Starting His Glory Schools was a prompting from God; I was sleeping, when God told me to start my own school. Despite the fact that I had the vision, passion, it was coupled with the books I have read and my decision from youth that I wouldn’t work for people for too long. Books authored by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo that said you cannot become a millionaire working for somebody; was also a driving force for me to start His Glory Schools.

BizXploit: How did you resign from Brilliant Child College?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: According to Habakuk 2:2, which states that “Write down the vision……..”. I had the vision written down; I took calculative steps towards it. I had nothing to start with, my salary was N1, 400 per month and I was still squatting then, but I started it as an evening coaching, where I hired someone to be in charge and fully resigned to concentrate on it when the students reached twenty (20) in attendance.

BizXploit: Who and what was the driving force that brought this success in the face of numerous challenges?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: The driving force behind the His Gloryplus College has been the Holy Spirit, HE is the God factor that has made me face and conquer scaring and stirring challenges over the years.

Apart from the God factor, who had made me sail through all past challenges, I also have people who have been mentors to me in this industry. My former boss, Mrs. Adebowale, the Proprietress of Brilliant Child, who is an educationist to the core, from whom I emulate something as regards running a successful school.

BizXploit: How has the journey been so far?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: Mr. Olajide attested to the fact that there are challenges but I haven’t been moved by them because I have passion and love for the job. I know for sure that I was called into this assignment; therefore, I persevered.

Students and Staffs: There are challenges that faced me, when we started because I set goals for myself right from inception. We give students quality, we exceed expectations; make our scholars happy, we don’t advertise, our students speak for us. It got to an extent that people refer themselves to His Glory Schools, we delay gratification. I also ensure I pay teachers as at when due according to my resources. It is a business that seems as if you are doing ‘MMM’ sometimes because money will flow like a river and it will be scarce sometimes, therefore, if you don’t set goals, make plans; you will run into financial mess.

Landed/Building Property: You must make plans to own your landed and building property as a school director, though I started in an uncompleted building to a warehouse before moving to our personal landed property.

Parental Problem: Some parents owe, but we accommodate the high, middle and low class in our school. We give flexible term of payment because we don’t want to deprive any child of education.

Government: We ensure we meet up with government’s requirement. We don’t see challenges as hindrances but as stepping stones.

Achievements: For the past twenty years, the achievements have been enormous. We have our products all over the places. It is so thrilling to know that our students in the early years of commencement who are parents now bring their children to our school.

I was at the filling station one day, when I received a compliment from one of our students who stepped out from a jeep as well and many more giant testimonies. Our students are graduates in all industries and thriving well.

We have stability of staffs, we have three campuses to date, and we are humble owners of these properties, we have our school bus, we have success stories that have rated His Gloryplus College as one among the best.

We don’t have dissatisfied parent, students move out from our school for parents relocation basis. We have been graced to satisfy both scholars and parents over the years.

BizXploit: Your advice for those who want to go into education sector?

His Gloryplus College Proprietor: Teaching profession is a profitable and viable one, which I can encourage others to venture into, if they are ready to work. Teaching profession is not for cheaters but for those who are ready to impart as told in my teacher training days.

Teachers are co-creators with God, we complement God’s work here on earth, and we bring out the innate quality God has deposited into people. Teachers shouldn’t go after money, people who put money first, sacrifice quality for quantity, it is the service you render that will give them joy, which will make them part away with their money into your pocket or bank account.

They should be ready to give quality service; they should engage delay gratification instead of buying frivolous things. Be ready to go TRAINING, you must have the love for the job. A medical doctor can bury his mistakes but a teacher cannot. A teacher’s mistake can destroy the whole society. Teachers should go for training, get degree like NCE, B.ED etc. They should learn from those who are ahead of them in this industry.

Mr. Olajide Adebayo Bamidele said “The money will come; this profession has paid my PENSION”.

BizXploit: Your final word for Entrepreneurs, Emerging Entrepreneurs, Investors?

All entrepreneurs should:

1.       Put God first.

2.       Have integrity.

3.       Promise and fulfill your promise.

4.       Have God’s fear

5.       Be ready to take risk

6.       Don’t cut corners. Anything that is ill-gotten will not last.

BizXploit: Don’t go into what you don’t love even if others are making money. Your love for a business will make you persevere even in the midst of tough challenges.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND OPPORTUNITIES?

People: Everything that ever evolved emerged because of the people created. Opportunities are duly found among both the living and dead. Human beings are blessed of the Lord that he is the reason why all others are created; therefore, whatsoever surrounds the human is an eye opener to vary of opportunities. The predominant place to find opportunities is among people no matter their race, color, age, marital status, height, country, continent, title etc.     

Problem: Opportunities smiles in the midst of problem and pandemonium to people who can recognize it. Don’t ignore where problem lies because therein is a lifetime opportunity that will lead you to the palace just like in the case of David who never was scared of what others are scared knowing well that behind that great national problem figure is placed his open gateway to the palace. 

Past, Present and Future: Opportunities open up wide to people who can look into the future to see where people are coming from, where they are at the moment and where he can see ahead. The ability to have an eagle eye is key to laying on hold on opportunities. It is in abundance for such individuals and organizations who spend more time on this three sessions of life. 

Places: Opportunities cannot be void in every nooks and crannies you turn to. Starting from where you are located, residence, you can catch up with opportunities that are timely invisible for people who have eyes not to only look but to see as well.

February 20, 2017: Part 4 - OPPORTUNITIES DYNAMICS IN THE WORLD OF BUSINESS (Opportunist Classification - Series 2))

CONTINUATION OF OPPORTUNIST CLASSIFICATIONS

Opportunity Delayers: These people are those I have tagged Opportunity Players not as in been involved but as in kidding with lifetime opportunity. 

A hasty instruction was given to Esau before Rebeccah overheard and instructed Jacob who isn’t used to the forest and a domestic person from onset, yet he came back before brother Esau who have been told and I suppose that Rebeccah will still have to get Jacob within the home to inform him. I still keep wandering why Jacob should be back before Esau who is used to the forest who should hastily bounce to the forest and make the deal done hastily. 

Opportunity delayers are forgetful that they are not the only key player in the world of opportunity and they are not the only one who desire to get the larger share of the market, therefore, he does it the way he likes but will be amazed how someone who just got the information will trade his night for action and effective operation to ascertain that they accomplish before others take an inch about it. 

 Make haste while the sun shines. What you do with what you know or have is important and when you do it also is a major factor. Never say Never; never postpone what you can do today. Pay the price no matter what it will cost legally. 

Opportunity Breakers: These set of people are ready to break into where people don’t even imagined opportunity is relaxing. They break records by going farther than where other can go to get something great done. 

Opportunity Diverters: This is common to some government officials in our country and some other business moguls. Some people see opportunities but will never want it to be delivered at an appropriate place where it will be much more beneficial but will divert to some other countries and continents where they will make money and will not want their citizen to enjoy from. 

In this situation, they have never started it in their Jerusalem but are making other countries’ economy counts by taking the opportunities to such places. They fail to contribute to the eradication of unemployment in their own country yet to move around the globe establishing opportunities around which will eradicate unemployment. 

We have heard some government officials, business mogul and private individuals who have gone to start banks in other country when they haven’t started one in their country, some go around the world to raise men who will be fit for the kingdom and industry without starting from their Jerusalem as Jesus commanded it. 

Abrahm didn’t divert opportunities, it was written concerning him that he trained men in his house, what is the need of men you trained outside and will be too busy to attend to your cry in the day of need? 

Opportunity Definers and Refiners: Such people are not only good at identifying opportunities, they are good at defining the opportunities they have identified so that they can fix it appropriately. They don’t stop there only, a few of them ensure they refine it appropriately.    

Opportunity Unveilers: These set of people are never hoarders of opportunity to themselves. They even make good use of opportunity by unveiling to others which in turn roll in fortune to them also. These set of people eventually become a Pacesetter, Trailblazer, Pathfinder and you become an untitled godfather. 

After maximizing opportunity or in the process of maximizing it, kindly ensure you unveil opportunity so that you can also be a blessing to your world. People who unveil opportunities make more wealth than people who hoards it. 

Some people were the ones who grabbed the opportunities of curing some diseases, they never held unto it rather, then unveiled it to their world, thereby, making them a force that can be reckoned with and not forgotten even after their demise.  

Opportunity Multipliers: These set of people are inspiring people who are always great to either identify opportunity or to receive opportunity because they will ensure they never stop at the number one which they are given until they multiply to minimum of hundred percent. 

Certain that somebody was given a palm kernel but multiplied to several things that we know about it today. Opportunity Multipliers never stop at a point, give them a seed, they will deliver a forest to you. 

Three young men were given talents by their lord who actually gave them according to their capacity, one collected five, the second collected two while the third guy collected one. An opportunity of a lifetime, the first two collected them with delight and ensure without been instructed by their boss ensure that they multiplied the talents to a 100%, here comes the Opportunity Killer or burier who never appreciated what was given to him and didn’t have the capacity to multiply the opportunity, he went ahead to bury the precious opportunity with a justifiable reason in his heart. 

We need another set of Joseph to be raised via this teaching to ensure that we all become opportunity multiply, we need to realize that been in a country like ours is an opportunity we need to multiply to ensure that we make our country and lives better as against all odds. 

Opportunity Killers/Buriers: Why bury it, if you cannot make good use of it, why not hand it over to the usury so that it can yield profit or to someone else who have been effective with his or hers?

We need to rise up from the world of complain when others are still looking up to you for them to be advantaged like you, you are busy looking around what you don’t have forgetting that in what is in your hands lies a phenomenon that is yet to be unraveled to your world. Don’t kill it, release it for unfathomable increase across the globe. 

Opportunity Traders: We also started it in our firm Business Xploit Group, we are helping people who are willing to author a book but do not have the will power in terms of what to write about, how to develop their points to meeting needs and others. 

We are not only opportunity unveilers, we move from there to trading the opportunity that is in our hands at a toke and affordable fee, an idea that we also deduced from Pastor Olumide Emmanuel which is ghost writing. We have helped a few people and still willing to help as many that desires. 

Opportunity Ignorant/Non Identifiers: An Opportunity Ignorant can be called Opportunity Non Identifiers because they can only look but cannot see, hear but cannot listen. 

Wow! This actually happened to me about two decades ago, when my father got a wonderful contract from NESTLE in Agbara with salivating returns. It was the sewing of big leathers to cover newly purchased machineries which Nestle just bought. 

It was a big opportunity for my late dad because he was fortunate to have a darling who is a tailor in action those years. He buys the leather, we all assist in the cutting while my mum and her apprentice had to do the sewing. With this, my dad made more money because he doesn’t need to go and pay to tailors who will sew. 

Here comes this young man which is myself, so benevolence in nature from childhood but never knew I was ignorant of the opportunity in the pieces of the leather we were cutting off and discarding in a store room like those years. It was later in my years of growing that I ascertain that there is nothing called irrelevance because everything has its relevance but subject to two to three factors to make it relevant (Contact me on 08122927079) if you want to know more about this. 

There were a two young guys living beside our residence who were able to identify the opportunity I couldn’t see or my parent, they approached me that can they always have the discarded pieces of the leather and of cause what I think it’s becoming a bin to us was within a few weeks converted by these boys who suddenly became a tailor and worked on it to become boys’ bag within our community to the extent that it became the norm within our community those days for upcoming boys to go around with this bag. I bet you that they made fortunes out of this before we got to know. 

Just keep your eyes what you think it’s not useful to you and see how someone who has identified opportunity in it will grab it and turn it to a money spinning machine until he becomes very great just in your presence.
